Library Cards
- Library cards are available to Town of Stony Point residents free of charge for ages 5 and up.
- Parents will need to sign for children under the age of 18.
- Proof of address must be shown at the time the card is issued.
- Library cards must be presented to check out items.

New Books / New Large Print – 2 WEEKS
New DVD/ TV – 3 DAYS
New Video Games – 1 WEEK
New Magazines – 1 WEEK
New Books on CD – 2 WEEKS
Regular Items
Books (all) – 4 WEEKS
DVD & TV – 1 WEEK
Books on CD – 2 WEEKS
Magazines – 1 WEEK
Video Games – 1 WEEK
Music CDs – 2 WEEKS
Special Items
Experience Passes – 1 WEEK (no renewals)
Renewals
All items (including new) can be renewed as long as another patron does not have a hold on them.
Fines
Rose Memorial Library is fine free for all items except our Experience Passes which have an overdue fine of $2 a day. Fines are charged if an item is never returned (presumed Lost or Missing) at the total cost of the item.
